Each necklace is fully hand-made with love. Our process is both high quality in production but is also made to last. Due to the fact that each necklace is different, there is no factory process possible. This means that many of our steps are conducted by hand by talented jewellers.
Step 1: Melting
Time Required 6-12 Hours
This step involves melting high-quality base metal to create a pure starting material. The duration ensures the metal is free from impurities and ready for the next stages of craftsmanship.
Step 2: Annealing
Time Required 12 Hours
The annealing process allows the metal to cool slowly and evenly. This ensures the material is flexible and stress-free, ready for precise shaping and engraving.
Step 3: Metal Rolling
Time Required 2-4 Hours
Metal rolling involves carefully thinning the cooled metal to the desired thickness. This step is crucial for achieving the perfect balance of strength and flexibility in your custom name necklace.
Step 3: Quality Check
Time Required 0.5 -1 Hour
A thorough and manual quality check to ensure every piece meets our high standards. This step guarantees that your custom name necklace is flawless and ready for you to cherish.
Step 4: Manual Cutting
TIME REQUIRED 24 HOURS
This part is the most difficult. Using a wire saw, our artists hand-cut your necklace using absolute precsision. Any mistake here could result in needing to re-do it entirely!
Step 5: Heat Treatment
TIME REQUIRED 24 hours
Heat treatment to harden the metal, including cooling time. This process enhances the durability and longevity of your necklace, making it a timeless piece to treasure.
Step 6: Spin Treatment
TIME REQUIRED 6 Hours
The spin treatment in a base liquid cleans and polishes the necklace, giving it a brilliant shine. This step is unique to Thaheb™️ and is responsible for the extra shine in our necklaces.
Step 7: Polishing
Time Required 6-12 Hours
Final polishing adds the finishing touch, ensuring a smooth, gleaming surface. This meticulous step highlights the beauty and elegance of your custom name necklace.
Step 8: Plate Priming
TIME REQUIRED 2-4 Hours
Plate priming prepares the necklace for gold plating, ensuring optimal adhesion and a flawless finish. This essential step readies the surface for the final luxurious layers.
Step 9: Copper & Nickel Underlay
TIME REQUIRED 2-4 Hours
A copper and nickel underlay is applied to enhance durability and provide a smooth base for the final gold plating.
Step 10: Gold Plating Prime
TIME REQUIRED 15 Mins
The gold plating prime step prepares the surface for the first 18K gold layer, ensuring it adheres perfectly and achieves a brilliant, luxurious shine.
Step 11: Quadriple Gold Plating
TIME REQUIRED 12 HOURS
To achieve a luxurious finish, we dip your custom name necklace in gold four times, allowing adequate drying time between each stage. This quadruple gold plating ensures exceptional thickness, durability, and a radiant, long-lasting shine.
Step 12: Vacuum Drying
TIME REQUIRED 6-12 Hours
The final vacuum drying step removes any remaining moisture, ensuring your custom name necklace is perfectly dry of metallic residue and plating material.
Step 13: Chain Addition
TIME REQUIRED 2-4 Hours
In this step we weld your chosen chain to your necklace. This step is manually done due to the different sizes of necklaces and chains available.
Step 14: Distilling
TIME REQUIrED 30 Mins
We wash the necklace thoroughly to remove any residues and ensure it is impeccably clean. This distilling step ensures that your custom name necklace is pristine and ready for its final presentation.
Step 15: Packaging & Shipping
PAckaging 15 Mins. Shipping 4-6 days
Finally, your custom name necklace is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We then ship it to you, ready to be worn and cherished.

Each necklace is handcrafted by our talented artists over a period of 5 to 7 days, allowing a further 5-7 business days for shipping.
Once your personalized necklace is crafted, we ensure it is packaged with care before it's dispatched directly to you. This approach guarantees that you'll receive a piece that's not only aesthetically pleasing but also uniquely yours.
